30hop Restaurant & Bar in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Front of House Manager to join our team!

As a Front of House Manager, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while supporting, coaching, and motivating our hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff. Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, with higher compensation available based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead and support daily front-of-house operations
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
- Coach, train, and develop hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Monitor service standards, staffing levels, and overall Guest experience
- Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to team members
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and operational execution
- Step into service roles when needed to support the team during busy periods
- Address Guest concerns professionally and create positive resolutions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Identify facility, maintenance, or equipment concerns and communicate them appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout a shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
