Restaurant Manager

30hop in Omaha, NE is looking for a Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team!

30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen with high-volume, multi-million dollar locations. Originally established in Iowa, we’ve continued expanding across multiple states while staying focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and creating opportunities for our teams to grow.

In this role, you’ll help lead daily front of house operations while also supporting private events, guest experience initiatives, team development, and restaurant coordination. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the floor, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members.

Starting Pay: starting at $50,000 per year and up based on experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time exempt position, shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FOH pre-shift meetings, coaching, and staff briefings
  • Manage daily FOH operations including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Coach, train, and develop FOH staff to ensure excellent guest service
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to Iowa Athletic Club standards
  • Assist with planning and coordinating private events, group reservations, and event-day execution
  • Support event administrative tasks including reservation communication, event notes, staffing coordination, and timeline management
  • Communicate with guests regarding event details, special requests, and overall experience expectations
  • Step in for FOH roles as needed including hosting, serving, bartending, expo, or floor leadership
  • Track and report facility or equipment issues
  • Engage guests, resolve concerns, and create exceptional dining and event experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
  • Assist with scheduling support and shift coverage coordination as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH full service restaurant management experience
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • ServSafe Managers or Douglas County Food Handlers certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Experience coordinating events, large parties, or hospitality operations preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
