30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee’s Summit, MO is hiring Line Cooks to join our back of house team.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy working in a fast paced kitchen and take pride in preparing high quality food. Whether you have years of line cook experience or are looking to build your skills, you’ll work alongside an experienced kitchen team and have opportunities to learn and grow.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Pay for Line Cooks ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• 4-8 hour shifts
• Weekend availability preferred

What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu components according to company recipes and standards
• Set up and maintain organized workstations before, during, and after service
• Cook and plate menu items while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment throughout each shift
• Assist with inventory organization, stock rotation, and kitchen cleaning duties
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to support efficient service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Able to stand and move throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
