30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen. With three thriving locations in Iowa, we have now expanded our presence to Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri.

Starting Pay for Line Cooks: $15-$22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule:Part-time Openings.

Candidates must have availability on Fridays and Saturdays. The role consists of approximately three shifts per week, totaling around 20 hours.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Expectations

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
• Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
