30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen with multi-million dollar locations. Established in Iowa, we’ve steadily expanded into multiple states. Each new location allows us to share our passion for hospitality and craft dining while offering our team fresh opportunities to grow, learn, and advance their careers.

Starting Pay: $15/hour and up, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts include mid-day, evenings, and closings on weekends.

Expectations

  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautĂ©ing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
  • Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
  • Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time.
