Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $13.75/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

Schedule: Part-time position. Evening and weekend availability is required, with weekend night availability being especially important. Limited weekday availability may be considered based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, hospitality driven attitude
• Seat guests efficiently while helping maintain smooth restaurant flow
• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Assist with reservations, phone calls, and to-go order coordination
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams throughout service
• Reset and prepare tables quickly to support efficient seating
• Monitor dining room and restroom cleanliness during shifts
• Support opening duties and maintain a clean, polished environment
• Deliver food to guests accurately while maintaining presentation standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Assist team members as needed to support overall restaurant operations
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Positive and welcoming attitude with a strong guest service mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Willingness to support teammates and overall restaurant operations

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
