30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen with multi-million dollar locations. Established in Iowa, we’ve steadily expanded into multiple states. Each new location allows us to share our passion for hospitality and craft dining while offering our team fresh opportunities to grow, learn, and advance their careers.

Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

Schedule: Part-time. Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability. Wednesday-Sunday availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Reset and prepare tables quickly to support smooth restaurant operations
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery
• Support FOH operations wherever needed during busy shifts
• Monitor dining room and restroom cleanliness throughout service
• Welcome and greet guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Seat guests promptly and manage waitlists effectively
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates clearly
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize flow and guest experience
• Support opening duties and maintain a clean, polished environment
• Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned
