30hop in Lee’s Summit, Missouri is seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to help lead our team. We are known for delivering exceptional hospitality in a lively, upscale casual atmosphere and are looking for leaders who thrive in fast paced, guest focused environments.

Experience in high-volume or upscale casual restaurants is strongly preferred. We are especially interested in leaders who understand hospitality driven service and enjoy being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

Compensation: Starting at $56,000 annually and up based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time exempt management position. Availability should include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee front of house operations and ensure a high level of guest service
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Train and develop team members while maintaining service standards
  • Assist with scheduling and daily floor management
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
  • Support operations in positions such as host, server, bartender, or expo when needed
  • Promote food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
  • Communicate maintenance or facility concerns to leadership
  • Contribute to additional operational initiatives and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds
