This role plays a key part in the day-to-day success of the restaurant by guiding front-of-house team members, supporting service standards, and helping create outstanding experiences for every Guest.

Pay
- Starting at $20 per hour and up based on experience
- Additional compensation may be considered based on previous experience and qualifications

- Nights, weekends, and some holidays are required

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee and support daily front-of-house operations
- Lead pre-shift huddles and ensure teams are prepared for service
- Train, coach, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service execution
- Provide ongoing feedback and help team members improve their skills
- Support scheduling, labor goals, and smooth daily operations
- Jump in to assist with service during busy periods when needed
- Handle Guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure adherence to food safety practices and company procedures
- Communicate maintenance or operational needs to the appropriate teams
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the restaurant
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years front of house experience in restaurants, hospitality, or a related service environment
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
